COSTS AND CONDITIONS

Please note the costs and conditions of booking below.
Once your booking request has been received we will contact you to arrange the deposit payment of 20%.

20% Deposit

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking, and is non-refundable unless, in the event of a cancellation or no-show, a replacement let can be found to the satisfaction of the owner.

From £375 / week in low season

High season is still just £775 per week, a huge saving over other properties in the area. Our lets are normally Saturday to Saturday.

No Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

Pets

Sorry, no pets are allowed unless by special arrangement.

Linen

Visitors are required to provide their own sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels and tea-towels.
